Glasco Senior Vice President & Managing Director Troon Golf, Europe, Middle East & Africa Bruce Glasco has over 20 years experience in the golf industry having worked at over 100 golf courses in 25 countries around the World. Prior to joining Troon Golf, Glasco specialized in operations at several of the world’s leading golf facilities. The list includes such recognized properties as the famed Pine Valley Golf Club, Arnold Palmer’s Bay Hill Club, the Kapalua Golf Club and Resort, and the exclusive Maroon Creek Club. Glasco also possesses a development background having served in a project management capacity for Hines, one of the world’s most recognized international developers. Glasco joined Troon in 1999 as Vice President of Operations and was promoted to Senior Vice President of the company’s Australia Pacific division in 2001. He was appointed Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the company's Europe, Middle East and Africa operations in 2006. | |

| Mark Chapleski Area Managing Director Troon Golf, Middle East Mark Chapleski joined Troon Golf in 1999 and has more than 19 years of experience in the golf industry. Prior to joining Troon, Chapleski was a successful collegiate golfer and played professionally before entering the golf business working at several top private and resort properties. Chapleski joined Troon Golf as Director of Operations in Asia where he spent four years in Japan, during which time, Troon consulted on behalf of a variety of investment banks conducting due diligence on over 200 golf courses. He was appointed to his current role as Area Managing Director for Troon Middle East in August of 2004, where he is responsible for overseeing Troon Golf’s activity at some of the top golf courses in the region. | |

Rachel L. Williamson Vice President, International Marketing Troon Golf, Europe, Middle East & Africa Rachel has over 20 years sales and marketing experience in the hospitality and golf industries and a post graduate degree in marketing. She relocated to the company’s corporate office in Scottsdale, AZ from Scotland, UK where she held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing, Scotland for Starwood Hotels and Resorts. During her tenure with Starwood she was responsible for the sales and marketing transition of The Westin Turnberry Resort, leading the resort and golf reposition strategy. Today she works closely with our Europe, Middle East and Africa managed portfolio and is responsible for developing and executing the company’s divisional sales and marketing strategy. Rachel joined Troon Golf in 2001 as Director of Marketing and was promoted to Vice President, Marketing in 2002. |

Simon Doyle Director of Agronomy Troon Golf, Europe Simon Doyle has a rich history in the golf industry and agronomy. Prior to joining Troon Golf, Doyle was educated at the highly regarded Reaseheath College, HND Golf Course Management, progressing to Ohio State University in the US. Following his education he took up posts at Major, Ryder Cup and PGA Tour venues, Westchester CC and then Oak Hill CC in New York. In 2000, Doyle moved to Japan where he worked as a consulting Agronomist for US based firm Environmental Turfgrass Systems. In 2002 he joined Troon Golf where he was seconded to Goldman Sachs in Japan as part of a team to oversee the management of Goldman’s golf company, Accordia Golf. This then led to the position of Asset Manager for the same group of courses and subsequent acquisitions by Goldman. Doyle is currently operating as Director of Agronomy for Troon Golf Europe, where he oversees the expanding portfolio of courses. |

Jonathan J. Schauder, CMAE Director of Business Development Troon Golf Europe, Middle East & Africa Jon is regarded as one of the finest professionals in his field, with a wide array of experience in both operations and business procurement. Jon graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Arts curriculum following which Jon pursued a career in the golf industry. Jon has built up his impressive experience at both American and European properties, most recently in the position as General Manager for the multi course facility at Oceânico Golf SA in Portugal. With a wide range of responsibilities, Jon directly managed a multi million pound budget and played an integral part in hosting the European Tour’s Portugal Master’s. Jon’s experience in managing substantial budgets is in part enhanced by his time as a financial consultant for International Finance Services in Westminster, Maryland and has assisted in the development of his career. Jon now spearhead’s Troon Golf's EMEA expansion into both new and existing golf regions where his unrivalled experience will be invaluable to Troon Golf’s partners. |

Robin Evans Director of Construction & Agronomy Troon Golf, Middle East Robin Evans joined Troon Golf in 2001 with 30 years of experience in the golf industry following tenures in Australia, Canada and Malaysia. Evans held Superintendent positions at the Whistler Golf Club, Canada, Sanctuary Cove Resort, Australia and Sutera Harbour Resort in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia, where he oversaw the construction through to operations. Evans’ first role with Troon was to supervise the construction of the Greg Norman designed Brookwater Golf Club, before relocating to Dubai in 2002 to take on the Superintendent role prior to the opening of the Montgomerie Dubai. Evans is currently involved in development and construction projects in Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Dubai, Egypt, Kazakhstan and Russia where his experience is proving invaluable in creating world class resorts. |

Stephen Follet Director of Operations Troon Golf, Europe Stephen Follett, Director of Operations, Troon Golf Europe, Middle East and Africa overseas the operational excellence of the company’s expanding European portfolio. Working closely with the facility management teams, Stephen directs the divisional resources to deliver the renowned Troon Golf customer experience across the portfolio. Based in the company’s divisional head office in Geneva his impressive resume includes 15 years of golf management and operations experience. In his most recent role as Director of Golf Operations for Marriott UK he was responsible for all golf operations at 10 Golf Resorts in England, Scotland and Wales including the Marriott Dalmahoy Hotel and Country Club, the Marriott Forest of Arden Hotel and Country Club, the Marriott Hanbury Manor Hotel and Country Club and the Marriott St Pierre Hotel and Country Club all of which have played host to major events on either the European Tour or the Ladies’ European Tour. Follett, was born and brought up in Glasgow, Scotland, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hotel and Catering Management at the Queen’s College. |

Klaas Boon Operations Manager Troon Golf, Middle East Klaas Boon joined Troon Golf in August 2004 following 8 years with Hyatt International where he gained experience across the Middle East, including a Directors role at Hyatt’s flagship property, the Hyatt Regency Dubai. Boon’s first role with Troon Golf was as the Golf Operations Manager at the Montgomerie Dubai where he was responsible for the guest services at the club. In 2006 Boon was part of the team at the Montgomerie who received Troon’s ‘Facility of the Year’ award, following which, Boon had his role extended to incorporate the position of Tournament Coordinator at The Montgomerie. In March 2008 he joined the team at the corporate office to take up the role of Operations Manager, supporting Troon Golf facilities across the EMEA region including Abu Dhabi, Bahrain and Russia. |
