The 200-hectare project, named Atlas Garden, will consist of three hotels, a fitness club, 18 hole golf course, market and shopping centre, as well as villas and apartments.

Located on the Ourika road , less than 10 km from the center of Marrakech, the Atlas Garden project includes an 18 hole golf course designed by Cabell Robinson and 3 hotels of more than 2.500 rooms. The 200 hectare plot will include a covered area of 600 thousand sq.metres. Atlas Garden will also include a craft market, shopping centre and luxury residential accommodation. The building work is expected to take 5 years, and envisages the creation of extended areas of gardens and parks.
